Notice: A Special Use Intake Meeting is required prior to filing any of the following Designated Special Use applications: group living uses; cannabis craft growers, infusers, and processors; gas stations; drive-through facilities; and any use requiring compliance with Section 17-9-0117-G (Air Quality Ordinance). ONLY applicants for one of these listed Designated Special Uses are required to have an intake meeting prior to filing.
As outlined in the Special Use Intake Meeting Submittal Requirements, applicants seeking a Special Use Intake Meeting should submit the meeting request and the Intake Meeting Submittal packet to special use review staff by emailing suintake@cityofchicago.org. Any questions regarding the submittal requirements should also be sent to staff through this same email address. Please include the property address in the email subject line.
