95th/Western TIF

Designation: 1995 Expiration: 2031

The 95th/Western TIF district is intended to reinforce retail activity along the Beverly community’s main shopping corridors, as well as promote commercial, residential and mixed-use development where appropriate. Increment from the 33-acre district is also intended to improve traffic flow with traffic control devices, roadway improvements and other enhancements.
