Dan Gamble: Clockwork
May 14–August 21, 2016
Chicago Cultural Center, Michigan Avenue Galleries, 1st Floor South
Chicago Cultural Center > Visual Art Program > Exhibitions > Past Exhibitions > Dan Gamble: Clockwork
Dan Gamble’s meticulously crafted paintings and drawings feature imagery and vast spaces that reconcile or hold in suspension both science and art, the sublime and the particular, theory and closely observed reality. Somehow playful and serious at the same time, his landscape-like visions suggest a world beyond our sensory perception.
