Janice Oda-Gray | Legislative Budget Analyst

Janice joined COFA in August, 2021 as a Legislative Budget Analyst. Janice’s previous experience includes Fiscal Administrator with the Public Safety Administration and Director of Financial Control at Cook County Hospital. Janice is completing her Doctor of Public Administration from Liberty University and received her Master of Business Administration from Dominican University and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Chicago State University.
