Community Health Centers
Community Health Centers are locally-based health care clinics that provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to underserved populations, such as the uninsured, low income, Medicaid recipients, racial and ethnic minorities. In addition to primary and preventive care, most community health centers provide prenatal care, pediatrics, and chronic disease management.
Free Health Clinics provide care to patients who are uninsured and have no other source of care. A few clinics provide comprehensive care while other clinics provide only a limited range of services. Please contact the clinic for more information.
Some community health centers serve special populations, including the homeless, gay and lesbian populations, people living with HIV/AIDS, and disabled individuals. Please contact the clinic for more information.
