Immunization Services

Monday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Vaccinations at no cost for Chicago resident children 0 through 18 years of age who are uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid-insured, or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)-insured, Chicago resident adults who are uninsured or underinsured for Flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Sexually Transmitted Infection Services

Monday & Friday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Thursday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Services provided at the clinic include:

• HIV testing and referrals
• Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphilis testing and treatment
• PrEP services (please call to schedule appointment)
• Mpox vaccines (please call to schedule appointment)
• STI Partner Services
• The Roseland Specialty Clinic will be open 3 days per week: Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Mental Health Services

Monday & Tuesday: 8:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Support for emotional, traumatic, or behavioral difficulties. Support is based on needs identified by the consumer, including goals, objectives, and specific mental health services. These services are provided free of charge to all Chicagoans. Available Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 am - 7:30 pm, and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. For additional information, visit our CDPH Mental Health Centers page.
