The Roseland East 115th Street Health Hub is a community-centered space dedicated to improving access to critical health services and fostering stronger connections within the Roseland neighborhood.

The Roseland East 115th Street Health Hub will offer mental health services and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) services by appointment.


Mental Health Services

Support for emotional, traumatic, or behavioral difficulties. Support is based on needs identified by the consumer, including goals, objectives, and specific mental health services. These services are provided free of charge to all Chicagoans. Services starting December 23, 2024. For additional information, visit our CDPH Mental Health Centers page.

Sexually Transmitted Infection Services

Services provided at the clinic include:

  • HIV testing and referrals
  • Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphilis testing and treatment
  • PrEP services (please call to schedule appointment)
  • Mpox vaccines (please call to schedule appointment)
  • The Roseland Specialty Clinic will be open 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday).

STI Partner Services

Partner Services is essential in reducing STIs and HIV in your community and keeping you from getting re-infected or exposed again. Notifying your sex and/or needle-sharing partners is one of the many FREE services offered by CDPH. Our highly trained Partner Services professionals will help locate your current and past partners to let them know of their possible exposure to STIs and/or HIV.
