Pilsen South Ashland Health Hub
The Pilsen South Ashland Health Hub is a community-centered space dedicated to improving access to critical health services and fostering stronger connections within the Pilsen neighborhood.
The Pilsen Ashland Health Hub will offer the following services by appointment: mental health services, immunizations and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, also known as WIC.
Immunization Services
Vaccinations at no cost for Chicago resident children 0 through 18 years of age who are uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid-insured, or Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)-insured, Chicago resident adults who are uninsured or underinsured for Flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Mental Health Services
Support for emotional, traumatic, or behavioral difficulties. Support is based on needs identified by the consumer, including goals, objectives, and specific mental health services.
