Small Business Expo
The Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection brings free business resources to the community for new and existing entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their business in the City of Chicago through a series of expos which occur at different citywide locations and online. These events offer business resources such as City of Chicago business licensing consultants, tax clinic, financial advisors, workshops, professional headshots, networking and much more.
The next expo will be on Saturday, September 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Malcolm X College, 1900 W. Jackson Blvd. View on map.

Keynote Speaker: Erica Bethe Levin, Founder and CEO, Globowl
Three-time founder and food-industry expert, Erica Bethe Levin is the founder and CEO of Globowl, a baby and toddler food company focused on early allergen introduction through internationally-inspired meals. Erica was named one of Today’s Chicago Woman’s Top 100 Women Making a Difference. More recently, she was a contestant on the 2024 season of Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars. As a semi-finalist, Erica appeared on all ten episodes. |
